Add macOS keylayout which uses `\` prefix key
This commit adds an alternative macOS keyboard layout
`BQN_backslash.keylayout` which uses `\` as the prefix key (or "dead"
key as it is called in Ukelele). This layout mimics the input method
used in BQN vim plugin.
