Fold over cells of `𝕩` with `𝔽` from end to start, that is, insert `𝔽` between the major cells of `𝕩`.

## `𝕨 𝔽˝ 𝕩`: Insert With Initial

Monadic insert, but use `𝕨` as initial right argument.

If
